01. Can I have my order gift wrapped?

We will happily wrap your order for you. Our gift wrapping service is free of charge. Simply select 'send my order gift wrapped'. You will also see a box where you can enter your gift message, or instructions of how you want your gift to be packed.



02. Can I send my order as a gift?

You can send your order as a gift by changing the delivery address during check out.
Please contact customer service if you experience any problems.



03. Why is my promotional code not working?

1. Check that your promotional code has been correctly
entered:
- is the case correct?
- are there spaces?

2. Make sure to add the required items to your basket and that you have only one promotional code in you basket.

3. Check that the offer has not expired.

04. How will I know if you have successfully received my order?

Once the order has been processed a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is usually within 24 hours. Please note that this may go into your junk/spam email folder if you have not shopped with us online before.

Alternatively, you can check the status of your order online by signing in to MY ACCOUNT and then clicking "Order History".
